BOOKINGS AND ACCOUNTS

We reserve the right to refuse treatment where we believe it is not suitable or safe to proceed.



PAYMENTS AND PRICING

All payments are made in person at the time of your appointment. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price confirmed at your appointment will always be the price charged for that treatment on that day.



CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS

We kindly ask that at least 72 hours’ notice is given if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.

This policy is in place as a courtesy to our team and other clients who may be waiting for appointments.



AGE RESTRICTIONS

Some treatments are only available to clients aged 18 and over. We may request proof of age before carrying out certain services.



MEDICAL INFORMATION AND RESPONSIBILITY
